NYC's Cutting Room say's farewell

The Cutting Room's bar feels the last few heels on it.

Many of the great art pieces throughout the Cutting Room.

Joan Rivers and "Junior Soprano" share a laugh at the Cutting Room's closing night.
Steve Walter, Chris Noth, Ronnie Spector, and Joan Rivers stand on the stage one last time as the curtains come done in the cutting room.

One of NYC's best venues for catching a live show closed last night with a crowd of supporters showing up to say farewell. Owner's Steve Walter and Chris Noth were on hand to shake hands with all the fans that showed up. I was invited to take pictures of all the guest performers and surprise visitors. Among some of the guest's were Randy Jones (known to most as "The Cowboy" from the Village People), Dominic Chianese ("Junior Soprano" from the Soprano's), Joan Rivers, Ronnie Spector (lead singer from The Ronettes) and many more. Well, until Steve decides to open a new joint where people can kick back and lounge all the while listing to live music and performance I will surely miss this place. Thanks for so much great music over the years.
